Our Client
Reach Technology is a new technology company in Hobart providing quality computer related services and repairs to the community. It is a division of Anglicare Tasmania, which is a non-profit organisation. Reach Technology employs several computer technicians and consultants who complete work at client sites and at their new custom-built workshop on Liverpool Street. Some of its customers include low-income earners, people with disabilities and other non-profit organisations.
The project’s client is John Rowland, who completed a Bachelor of Computing at the University of Tasmania in 2004. Mr. Rowland has five years industry experience through his business, RowlandIT, which was acquired as a new division of Anglicare Tasmania called Reach Technology. Reach Technology will provide IT services for Anglicare’s current clients and has been tasked to expand into new areas such as onsite technical services, web design services and a limited scope retail operation.
